A non profit Health and Wellness that has been serving our area since 1999. Our Center consists of 8,636 square feet which includes a reception/waiting room, Cardiovascular equipment room, strength training room, aerobics room, indoor pool and massage therapy room.  At Hardy County Health & Wellness Center, we believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential to healthy living and we strive to find ways for our members to live healthier lives. Our staff has a understanding of all fitness levels and want to help each of them reach there fitness goals. Our staff members are certified fitness instructors, associates, dietitians, health educators and have degrees in many areas. Contact our fitness experts to learn more. 

We offer classes and screenings to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. From Nutrition classes, weight loss and massage therapy.Our staff members will develop fitness program personalized just for you the help you achieve your goal. We're committed to finding ways to help members of our community to live healthier, happier lives.
